Prof. Mahesh Chinnagiri is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Software Quality Engineer. Mahesh is basically a Mechanical Engineer with M.Tech in Quality, Reliability and Operations Research from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. Previously he was with Statistical Quality Control & Operations Research Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore. He has over two decades of experience in training and consulting on TQM, Lean Six Sigma, World Class Manufacturing, CMM etc. He has presented and published papers in various National and International Conferences and Journals respectively. He is also a life member of NIQR, QCFI & ISI, Karnataka Branch.

Mr. Jagadeesh Prasad is a BE graduate from Karnataka University in the year 1966. Currently he is a Mentor to Quality Circle Forum of India, Mysore Chapter. Formerly he was Honorary Vice Chairman of Quality Circle Forum of India, Bangalore Chapter. He is currently a Member in Managing Committee of T. John College of Engineering, Bengaluru.
He has over 33 Years of experience in Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL), Bangalore and 17 years of experience as a Faculty. In BEL he served in various functions like Production Control, EDP, Works (Fab), Materials Management, HRD. He took voluntary retirement in 1999 while holding the position of Additional General Manager, HRD. Since 1999 he is actively involved in Promoting Quality Concepts through QCFI.
He has been invited as a Faculty by many Organizations like Toyota Kirloskar Motor Ltd., Ashok Leyland, Robert BOSCH, International Airport Authority, TVS Motor Company Limited, BEL, HAL, BEML, BHEL, Titan, etc., to handle Training Sessions on topics relating to Quality Circles and Soft Skills. Also was also a Jury at National and International level Quality Circle Competitions like ICQCC in 2007 at Beijing and at Hyderabad in 2010.
He is very fond of writing English poetry on Management and other topics. Also awarded an honour as “The Best Faculty” by NK Foundation in 2008. He was also honoured in Vidhana Soudha by Cabinet Minister for his poem on good governance. He received “Life Time Achievement Award” from QCFI Bangalore Chapter for his contribution to the Chapter.

Mr. Srinath is a pioneer in World Class Manufacturing systems and practices. He has 20 years of rich shop floor experience in implementing different dimensions of WCM like Strategy Planning, Visionary Leadership, Work Environment, Kaizen, TPM, TQM, People Management etc. across Aditya Birla Group. He is a Senior Assessor for Operational Excellence, RBNQA, CII etc. He is a member of various forums like NSC, Institute of Directors, New Delhi, QCFI etc. He is winner of GEM OF INDIA award.
